Rich Chanick, President
Founder Rich Chanick previously was the President of a multi-dimensional personnel consulting firm headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. During his tenure the company was recognized by Inc magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing privately held firms in the US. A finalist for Arizona Entrepreneur of the Year, Rich has also been involved in training and consulting with companies from Fortune 50 to start-ups. Prior to his business career, Rich graduated from the United States Air Force Academy majoring in Economics with a strong engineering background. Rich served in the United States Air Force as a jet instructor pilot.
Chip Tolleson, COO
Chip Tolleson started his career in advertising sales with Gannett Outdoor in New York. He moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1984 and helped start Outdoor Systems, acting as general manager of the Southwest Division. Since selling Outdoor Systems, Chip has consulted on a number of projects across the United States and Latin America for Viacom. His career to date has been focused on dealing with large national advertisers and setting up advertising sales forces.
Frank Patton, CFO/CTO
Frank Patton is a finance and business management professional with over 19 years of multi-national experience within multiple industry segments focused on technology, manufacturing and distribution. Mr. Patton has held various senior level finance positions including Corporate Vice President of Internal Audit, Division CFO, Vice President Business Development and Controller of Global Manufacturing. Coupled with his proven skills of change management and business process innovation, is his long record of business strategy development, turn around management, working capital management, mergers and acquisitions and financial operations. Mr. Patton holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and is an active community leader serving on the Board of Florence Crittendon Services of Arizona and the Student Life National Leadership Board for the University of Arizona.
